“I learned to love myself from the way that you hated me “

They say don’t blame your issues on anybody else, well I sure did. In fact, I wrote a book about it too. I learned to love myself from the way that youhated me is truly inspired by my past relationships with my exes and the relationships I never had with my parents. The beauty about spoken word poetry is that it can be whatever you want it to be, but this book right here is nothing short of the truth. I wouldn’t change anything that happened in the past because it only molded me to be who I am today. A message to everyone around the world unhappy in a relationship: just leave. It will only get worse, and a message to those of you born into difficult situations like me: just know you are blessed; God has His hands attached to you and His angels surround you. There is light at the end of the tunnel. Some parents are just portals, and some exes are just lessons.
